The following rules of conduct are in effect at all times during AEYF Conferences and Retreats:

 

Signing up to a conference carries with it an implied acceptance of this policy and the agreement to obey these rules for the benefit of the group:

 

• All participants (youth and youth leaders) are required to attend all meals, meetings, sessions and activities without undue whining.

• There will be an established curfew which must be followed.

• No drinking of any intoxicant or use of illegal drugs are allowed at any time.

• Weapons of any kind are not allowed to be carried during the conference. 

• Permission to be excused from any activity, for any reason, must be obtained directly from the AEYF Minister to Youth; Sylvia Jizmejian.
